ThermaSun is manufactured by VeganicSKN, a family-owned sunscreen manufacturer based in Milton, Brisbane. Founded in 2010 by Geoff Acton and led by CEO Joseph Mizikovsky, VeganicSKN operates a facility licensed by the Australian TGA (MI-2022-LI-08123-1) and registered with the US FDA (Est. ID 3024609429).

VeganicSKN produces sunscreen for 40+ partner brands globally. ThermaSun is VeganicSKN's own direct-to-consumer brand. Same facility, same formulations, same quality controls — just without the retail markup.

Active Ingredient by Advance ZincTek — Queensland, Australia

The zinc oxide in every ThermaSun product is ZinClear® XP, manufactured by Advance ZincTek (ASX: ANO) right here in Queensland. Advance ZincTek was formed in 1997 to commercialise zinc oxide technology developed at the University of Western Australia, and today they're the largest manufacturer of cosmetic and pharmaceutical-grade non-nano zinc oxide in Australia.

ZinClear® XP is pharmaceutical-grade, ECOCERT COSMOS approved, and manufactured under GMP conditions. It provides broad-spectrum UVA, UVB, and UVC protection across 240–400nm wavelengths. Their EcoZinc line is produced using 100% solar power.

This means the active ingredient and the finished product are both manufactured in Australia, under Australian regulatory oversight. That's a genuine supply chain you can trust.
