Who makes ThermaSun
Milton, Brisbane — the manufacturer
A family-owned sunscreen manufacturer founded in 2010 by Geoff Acton and led by CEO Joseph Mizikovsky. VeganicSKN produces sunscreen for 40+ partner brands globally.
ThermaSun is VeganicSKN's own direct-to-consumer brand. Same facility, same formulations, same quality controls — just without the retail markup.
Queensland — the active ingredient
The zinc oxide in every ThermaSun product is ZinClear® XP, made by Advance ZincTek (ASX: ANO). Formed in 1997 to commercialise zinc oxide technology developed at the University of Western Australia.
They are the largest manufacturer of cosmetic and pharmaceutical-grade non-nano zinc oxide in Australia. Their EcoZinc line is produced using 100% solar power.
ZinClear® XP is ECOCERT COSMOS approved and provides broad-spectrum UVA, UVB and UVC protection across 240–400nm wavelengths.
Australian end to end
That means a supply chain under Australian regulatory oversight from raw material to finished tube — not an imported formula with a local label on it.
