Refund Policy
At ThermaSun (operated by VEGANIC SKN PTY LTD, ABN 53 142 515 437), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The product must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products returned after 30 days from the date of purchase
- Products that have been damaged through misuse or negligence
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs. Please do not dispose of the faulty product until we have advised you on the next steps.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at thermasun@veganicskn.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if faulty or damaged)
We will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Return Shipping
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
For faulty or damaged products, we will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a prepaid return label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
If your return is not approved (e.g., the product has been opened or is outside the return window), we will contact you to discuss your options.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or variant, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the item you would like instead. This ensures the fastest processing time.
