Shipping

We ship Australia-wide from our warehouse in Brisbane, QLD.

Order Processing: Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your delivery through Australia Post.

Returns

Unopened Products: We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original, unused condition with seals intact. Contact us at thermasun@veganicskn.com to arrange your return. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at thermasun@veganicskn.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Opened Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened sunscreen products unless the product is faulty or defective. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Refunds: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
